For the privacy and convenience of all of our patients, visits to Surface Aesthetics are by appointment only. When you book your appointment we collect a $50 fee to hold your appointment.

Our team will be happy to assist you in any way possible, and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Please be sure to let us know the best way to reach you. Your appointment time has been carefully defined to allow you an experience that attends to all of your questions and needs. For this reason we ask that you contact us immediately if you will be delayed by more than 10 minutes. Any patient who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment may be rescheduled at a later date.

NOTE:

Patients who have not been seen in the practice for 3 years or more will be treated as a new consultation. All demographic and insurance information will need to be updated.
